I tried to find the name of this place but a failed.
It doesn’t matter though.
It is quite obviously…
the Coolest Church in Ho Chi Minh City. (And maybe all of Asia.)
I’m not an overly religious person, but even I can appreciate the blending of architectural styles there. This is Christian/Confucian Fusion of a building.
It’s clearly a Christian building, just done with a real attention to Eastern and Chinese influences.
Eastern dragons, western crosses upon a hardwood door? I’m a fan.
Inside, it appears typically Christian – with its nave and transept and altar and cross. Until looking up at the soaring ceiling tucked under the pagoda.
Coolest Church in Ho Chi Minh.
