Friday’s Photo of the Week (BC Animals)

Yesterday was the first day that felt like summer; sunny skies, warm weather.
While the kids took to the pool, it seems they weren’t the only ones out and about and enjoying the heat.

This is what happens to old fences when a bear decides to amble through and sniff around the compost heap. Luckily this happened during the night so no children were nibbled during the taking of this photograph.

However, after lunch while we sat around the sundeck, soaking up the rays and a warm summer breeze, seems some other local fauna felt the neighbours apples were perfect for an afternoon snack.
